Just months ago a friend of mine told me of quail eggs but did not believe until I saw the drastic change and health benefit it has on another of my friend. Over the years the Chinese medical practitioners have used quail eggs to strengthen the immune system and as  remedy for different type of ailments such as asthma. Hay fever, rhinitis, spasmodic cough, skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and many more.
