MyOgaAtTheTop is a phrase which has
been made very popular by the Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security
and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) Obafaiye Shem who completely embarrassed himself
on National TV when he was asked to mention the NSCDC's web address...Mr. Shem
said "I cannot categorically tell you one now." ...latter he
said the address was: www.nscdc.
And that
is obviously wrong...lolzz shame on him....the correct website is
actually: www.nscdc.gov.ng
