Boat Carrying 166 Passengers Capsizes In Calabar.

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has confirmed at least 45 people died when a wooden boat carrying 166 people from southeastern Nigeria capsized off the coast, a doctor said on Tuesday  National Mirror report.

The boat left on Friday from the town of Oron, in Akwa-Ibom state, and was heading across the Gulf of Guinea to Gabon, in central Africa, when it capsized 40 nautical miles offshore, emergency services and traders said.

The Assistant Director, Information, Cross River Emergency Management Agency, SEMA, Mr. David Akate, confirmed the incident, but did not give further details. Sources familiar with the situation told our reporter that the boat was carrying 166 passengers, adding that rescue efforts were still going on.
A marine transporter at the Calabar Inland Waterways, Mr. Ikechukwu Egwu, also confirmed the incident. He added that the two known survivors were a young boy and a woman who had clung to a gas cylinder and were rescued by fishermen.

Kim Kardashian took Atlanta by storm on Saturday night at the premiere of her movie, Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor.
 

But despite looking her best, the expectant reality star has revealed that she isn't finding her pregnancy as easy as she had hoped:

'Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister [Kourtney Kardashian] made it look or as my mom [Kris Jenner] has made it look.'
'It's a little painful at times....I've gotten sick a couple of times and that puts you out especially when you travel. It's getting a little more difficult.'
Kim also revealed that her pregnancy cravings are rather healthy: 'I'm craving carrots and ranch dressing,' she said. 'I used to love sweets, I used to love chocolate, can't even eat chocolate!'

The actress, whose first baby with rapper Kanye West is due in July, has continued with her busy filming
schedule.
 

On Sunday, the reality star was off again, tweeting a picture of herself and best friend Rachel Roy leaving Atlanta. 'Miss my baby already, ' she said, referring to Kanye.
The 32-year-old recently ended up in hospital after taking ill on a plane trip from Paris to Los Angeles, and now recovered, her boyfriend Kanye West and mother Kris Jenner have been encouraging the star to slow down during her pregnancy.
'I like to be active,' she said. 'But I've been chilling out. I took a week off, just to rest and it was amazing.'
 

Kim wasn't going to miss the premiere of her movie though, and touched down in Atlanta on Saturday afternoon, just a few hours ahead of the screening.
She was thrilled to find romantic Kanye there waiting to surprise her, a source told MailOnline.
 

Kim stars alongside Jurnee Smollett, Brandy and Vanessa Williams as a fierce fashionista in the romantic comedy Temptation.
 

Kim has said how excited she was to be a part of it:
'I think that everyone in life can relate to a relationship, whether it's a good one or a bad one, or having trouble, or a blissful situation, and so I think Tyler knows that,' she said.
